from Practical Wireless (U.K.)

It was built in a modified Hammond Enclosure that is 4" High X 3" Wide and 4" Deep

The front and rear panels are aluminum, the sides are steel.

The chassis was made from some scrap aluminum

Basically it is the same circuit with the exception of replacing the air type inductors,

receiver coils and tank coil with toriadal ones, to save space

At this point in time the "Rig" is built and tuned. (by a grid dip meter) Once it is operating

properly I will publish the schematic and coil winding data.

the main components came from www.oldradioparts.com   , www.rfparts.com  and www.ebay.com
